- Select Your Product You can do this by
clicking on your choice of product from the home
page. This will take you to the product page. Click
on the appropriate order link. (either printed, unprinted, or
envelope pre-order)
- Choose Options and Wording Just answer all the
questions about paper color, wording, picture cropping, etc..
The additional comments box gives you room to give us any special
instructions for your order or to ask any questions. Hit the continue
button at the bottom of the page.
- Check Accuracy You will now be viewing your shopping
basket. Check your order for accuracy. If you need to make
changes, hit the back button on your browser and make your changes,
and then click continue at the bottom of the page. Remove the
old incorrect order from your shopping cart by using the remove button
on the left of the incorrect product.
- Select Quantity You will now be viewing your shopping
bag. Change the number in the quantity box to reflect the
quantity of cards (or sets of cards for unprinted orders) you
would like, and click on the update box directly to the right of the
quantity. (You must order over 25 on all printed cards)
You will now see the price per item and the total amount. Tax
(7.75% for CA residents) and shipping will be added at check out.
- Choose Your Next Product If you would like to add
another product. Return to the home page by clicking on home
in the navigation bar and do steps 1 through 4 again.
- Check Out Click on the check out link located in the
navigation bar. (top right of your screen) Fill in your
shipping information and billing information if different than
shipping info. Click continue at bottom of screen.

- Check Accuracy Check accuracy of information. If
you need to make any changes, click back on your browser and make
changes.
- Select Shipping and Payment Method You can choose
either UPS ground, 3 day, 2 day or overnight for your order.
When ordering only your envelopes, you may choose the $6.00 envelope
pre-order rate. If you are only ordering a sample or will be
picking up your order from Bella Baby, there is no shipping
charge. Choose the sample or local pick up option.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or checks for payment. Click
on continue after you have made your selection.
- Payment Information Scroll down to payment information
heading and type in your credit card information or check
number. Click continue. You will now have your
invoice and order number. A copy of your invoice will also be
emailed to you.
- Send Picture If you have ordered a card with a
picture, send us your picture via email or postal along with the ship
to name you listed on your order form. You can email the
JPEG file to sales@bellababy.com

- Check Your E-mail For Proof On all printed announcement
and invitation orders, we
will email you a proof by the second business day after we receive
your complete order..
Your order will not be completed until we receive your approval.
Your order will be shipped within four business days of proof
approval. You will be emailed the UPS tracking number after your
order is shipped.
